How We Collect Consent
Opt-In Type: Verbal via phone/in person
During your onboarding call, our customer service representative will read the opt-in disclosure and ask for permission to text you about your project and account.
Verbal Opt-In Script
Customer Service Rep: “As part of our service we can send you text updates about scheduling, installation, and billing for your project. Message frequency varies by project. Message & data rates may apply, depending on your phone service plan. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Please reply with a 'yes' or 'no' to indicate if you would like this service.”
Customer: “Yes.”
Customer Service Rep: “Great—thank you. We’ll send you a text message to confirm your enrollment here shortly. You can reply STOP any time to opt out.”
Internal Recordkeeping
When a customer provides verbal consent, we log: customer name, mobile number, date/time of consent, agent name, and the consent method in our CRM.
