As the owner of Fat Matt, my job is to set the company’s vision and direction, make key business decisions, and ensure the overall success of the company. I also work closely with our team to ensure that we deliver high-quality roofing services to our customers and maintain strong relationships with our partners and suppliers. I am in the business of delivering the “wow” factor to all our customers.
KYERA SMITH
Owner and Office Manager
I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing administrative staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient workflow. My role is essential to our success, as it helps to ensure that our office runs smoothly and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
BOBBY RICHARDSON
Production Manager
I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. My responsibilities typically include scheduling crews, managing materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, communicating with clients about project timelines, and resolving any issues that arise during production.
Stacy Young
Production Admin
I provide vital administrative support to the production team by managing schedules, coordinating job details, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records. I handle communication between crews, suppliers, and clients, ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time, and assist in tracking project progress to keep operations running smoothly.
Angel DeAnda
Customer Service
I am the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on project progress. I ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues, handling complaints, and maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the roofing process.
