Field Sales Representative
(Abilene, Lubbock, & Midland/Odessa)
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, insurance contacts, company managers
- Provide support to customer throughout the sales, production, and billing processes
includes multiple visits to the job site during production - Ensure accuracy of the contracts and job files
- Input all data, notes, and associated job info into the Customer Relationship Software (CRM)
- Maintain established standards in behavior and performance
- Self-generate the required amount of leads per month
- Continuously train on materials and roof installation process
Job Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Must always act in a professional manner
- Time-management skills, ability to manage multiple leads and customers
- Competency in customer relationship software
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Must have your own truck, vehicle insurance, and a valid driver license
- Must live in the Abilene, Brownwood, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, San Angelo, or Sweetwater area
